Sometimes an item just needs to be exchanged or refunded, whether it’s the wrong size, wrong colour or it’s just not you. We are happy to help in this process.
- Please contact us if you wish to return an item.
- All items to be returned should be sent back in good condition within 14 days of receipt and a full refund will be issued (excluding any delivery charges). Please return within original packaging and retain proof of purchase.
- Within the returns package, please enclose full contact details so a member of the Silver Pink team can contact you if required.
- Items in sale cannot be returned but exchanged only.
- We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit.
- Our extended Christmas returns policy is valid from 1st November, any items purchased as a Christmas gift can be returned up until Sunday 10th January.
Gift Voucher Returns
- Items purchased with a Silver Pink gift voucher or e-voucher can be exchanged for another item or for credit back to the original voucher.
- Gift vouchers and e-vouchers may not be exchanged for cash or redeemed for further vouchers.
- We are happy to exchange an item for a different colour, size or product style, just follow the process above.
- All exchanges are subject to stock availability. If an item is out of stock at the time of the exchange being processed, a full refund will be issued.
- Exchanges are made to UK orders only.
