Sometimes an item just needs to be exchanged or refunded, whether it’s the wrong size, wrong colour or it’s just not you. We are happy to help in this process. 

Refund Policy

We will exchange or refund any item if you return it to us in good condition and within 14 days on full price goods (excluding any delivery charge).

We do not offer returns on sale items.

Please return within original packaging and retain proof of purchase. Postage and packaging charges are non-refundable and you will be responsible for the items until they are returned and signed for by us. We suggest you use the Royal Mail Recorded Delivery to return any items. Items must be undamaged, unused, and in their original packaging and returned with your receipt.

General Returns

  • All items to be returned should be sent back in good condition within 14 days of receipt and a full refund will be issued (excluding any delivery charges). Please return within original packaging and retain proof of purchase.

  • Within the returns package, please enclose full contact details so a member of the Silver Pink team can contact you if required.
  • Items in sale cannot be returned but exchanged only.
  • We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit.

Christmas Returns

  • Our extended Christmas returns policy is valid from 1st November, any items purchased as a Christmas gift can be returned up until Sunday 10th January.

 
Gift Voucher Returns

  • Items purchased with a Silver Pink gift voucher or e-voucher can be exchanged for another item or for credit back to the original voucher.
  • Gift vouchers and e-vouchers may not be exchanged for cash or redeemed for further vouchers.

Exchanges

  • We are happy to exchange an item for a different colour, size or product style, just follow the process above.
  • All exchanges are subject to stock availability. If an item is out of stock at the time of the exchange being processed, a full refund will be issued.
  • Exchanges are made to UK orders only.
