Lockdown Style

From zoom meetings to Saturday relaxation and nipping out to the shops in your pyjamas, here are the some lockdown friendly looks served up by Sally Jones.

Relax & Stay Stylish

“comfortable” used to mean “shoes that I can walk in with the help of cushioned insoles and a couple of ibuprofen and maybe a gin later”. Now, the definition of comfortable is clothes in which I can curl up on the sofa for after-work Netflix with tea and chocolate without having to undo any buttons.

All hail The Boyfriend Cardigan. Made in 100% lambs wool, this cosy number can take you from bedroom to couch and out to the shops in style.

The Week Long Jumper

We all have one particular jumper that we love over and above all others. Maybe it’s the one that’s chunky enough to keep you warm through a long day at a draughty kitchen-table office. Maybe it’s the one with the funnel neck you can pull up to cover most of your face when you really, really don’t want to watch another television broadcast even though you know you sort of have to. Whatever your favourite jumper is, can we agree that it is absolutely fine to wear the very same said garment most days for the next seven weeks if we want to?

Enter The Cotton Knit Jumper , versatile and comfy, this jumper can be layered or worn on it’s own while brightening up your day wherever you may be.

Curl Up In Cashmere

Few fabrics capture the spirit of winter quite like cashmere. Soft and soothing, it’s the sartorial antidote we all need as England endures its third lockdown of the year. It’s no surprise, then, that online searches for “cashmere” have increased by 47 per cent in recent weeks, according to global fashion search platform Lyst.

Sofa friendly and oh so stylish… our go-to cashmere jumper hits all the right lockdown notes.
